Olivia Davis

Two-time Teenage CrossFit Games athlete. Six years in the sport. One mission — help you get stronger.

Olivia Davis competing at the Teenage CrossFit Games

I'm Olivia Davis, a competitive CrossFit athlete and coach based out of Fairfield County, CT. I've been doing CrossFit for six years and competing for four — and the sport has shaped everything about how I train, coach, and show up for the people I work with.

I've competed at the Teenage CrossFit Games twice. In 2024, I finished 12th in the 14–15 age division. In 2025, I  finished 17th in the 16–17 division — competing against some of the best teenage athletes in the world. I've competed at Wodapalooza four times and finished 3rd twice. In 2025, I also finished first at the World Fitness Project Finals in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the teenage pairs division. Those experiences taught me what it really takes to perform under pressure and push past what you think you're capable of.

I bring that same intensity to coaching. Whether you're picking up a barbell for the first time or looking to build real, lasting strength — I want to help you get there. My goal is simple: help people get stronger and achieve their fitness goals, whatever those look like for them.
